This programme is for all successful leaders who want to take their leadership skills to the next level and to know better, to do better and to be even better.
My job as a coach is to help you to identify the behaviours that are no longer serving you, guiding you to eliminate them by enhancing your strengths and identifying areas for development.
90 Minutes Bespoke 1-1 Strategy Coaching Session*
You might not be ready to commit to an ongoing coaching relationship and need a one-off session to explore what coaching can offer you, to work on key areas of your business or life; an upcoming presentation, interview, promotion or you may need to take stock of your physical health and well-being.
*This session includes your DISC personality profiling report and 90 minutes strategy coaching.
The first step for any 1-1 or group leadership coaching is to Book the “Discovering your Potential” Session where we will discuss your situation and establish what you want and how to get you there. The consultation is often commented on as ‘mind opening’. If we both feel you’d get a great value from working together, then I’ll offer one of my coaching programs would suit you and your organisations’ need.
