Many organisations are planning a post lockdown hybrid virtual model that combines remote working with time in the office. This decision follows solid productivity increases during the pandemic, while productivity may have gone up, many employees report feeling anxious, isolated, and burned out.

Unless leaders/business owners address the sources of employees’ anxiety while working from home, pandemic-style productivity gains may prove unsustainable in the future.
